At Willows Hair Salon

Gosfield Halstead Braintree, we go out of our way to make sure our valued guests have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave.

Running Late?

We understand and will try to be flexible.

Willows Hair Salon

Gosfield Halstead Braintree can be a very busy Hair Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other guests waiting unnecessarily.

Late Cancellations

Just Let Us Know

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, there may be a charge.

Hair Supplies

All new guests must have a colour test 48 hours before their visit.

Existing guests must have had a colour or skin test within six months of their future colour appointment.

All consultation sheets must be filled in and returned signed before the day of your appointment.
